Without a doubt, 2022 is being a year of big changes for ICR Evolution. A few months ago we told you about ICR group —with the incorporation of a Software Factory as a second business unit—, and this time we wanted to share with you the incorporation of new technical profiles to our product development team. Incorporations that have a clear goal: to execute an ambitious product roadmap to take our omnichannel contact center software to the next level. Keep reading, we tell you here the details!

New incorporations to reinforce all areas of ICR Evolution

It is a team made up of Senior Software Engineers, with experience in different technologies such as Asterisk, .NET, React and more to reinforce all areas of our EVOLUTION software.

It is a group of professionals who, from different parts of Spain (you already know that at ICR Evolution we are a remote-friendly company and we are committed to flexibility) are dedicated to the new updates of our omnichannel software for Call Center and Contact Center.

“We are continually looking for entrepreneurial profiles, that know about the patterns and structures that are required in high-capacity solutions. Professionals and visionaries, capable of deciphering signals where others only see noise”, explains Jordi Costa, CTO of ICR Evolution and team leader. He adds: “Some have experience with Asterisk voice platforms, bringing more power in this regard. In addition, they are restless and proactive people, and they are expanding their toolkits with different technologies. Now they are working on the development of new modules that will provide very interesting features for future versions of EVOLUTION”.

Finally, our CTO concludes: “We are reinforcing the team with collaborators with personality, analytical people. Who defend quality at work and see solutions where others see problems. They are already developing plugins that will be major improvements to make the user interface easier to use and more intuitive.”

The expansion of our team in a delocalized way implied looking for autonomous and resolute profiles, something that we have successfully achieved, in addition to the need to incorporate more specific tools for project management that can accompany this rapid change of pace.

The recent incorporations are not by chance, they are the result of careful work to find ideal profiles.
