ICR Evolution joins the Take Off Academy 2025 by TSS Spain

On April 24th, 2025, the ICR Evolution team took part in the Take Off Academy organized by TSS Spain. This participation marks our ongoing commitment within the group, reaffirming our vision as specialists in contact center software solutions. Attending the Take Off Academy represents a unique opportunity to align strategic vision, share knowledge, and build new professional connections.

With a team of 12 people present at the event, our participation was divided between the Academy sessions and the Initiative Battle. A unique experience we’re excited to share with you in this post.

What is the Take Off Academy by TSS Spain?

The Take Off Academy is a space designed to align vision, exchange knowledge, and strengthen growth within Total Specific Solutions (TSS).
During the event, new team members learned how best practices are applied across different aspects of business management.

In addition to strategic talks, our team also took part in dynamic, interactive quizzes that encouraged participation and helped absorb key concepts in a more engaging way.
